3 Surefire Ways to Lose Weight Quick!

If you’re addicted to television or radio, you are already aware of the fact that there are a countless number of diet pills, weight loss supplements, exercise gadgets, herbal pills, etc. all claiming to help you lose weight in some way or other. Research a little deeper and you will find that most of these solutions just thrive on fake promises and hype. None of these solutions offer you lasting solution to weight loss, not to mention that they are pretty darn expensive.

If you don’t have a lot of money to spend (or rather say, waste) on weight loss products then don’t worry. You can achieve weight loss for free, if only you are willing to make the required modifications in your lifestyle habits!

1. Do a variety of exercises: Whenever you exercise, you should have two aims in mind: to burn fat as well as build muscles. Now, there are exercises that are specifically made for building muscles, but they won’t help you burn much fat. Examples of such exercises are abdominal crunches and push-ups.

Now of course it is true that the more muscles you have the more fat you will burn, but why not instead do the workouts that are specifically made for fat loss? Or even better, do a combination of all of these workouts, so that you can burn fat as well as build muscles at the same time!

The best exercises for fat loss are cardios. Swimming, walking, running, jogging, cycling, etc., would all help you burn fat!

2. Add some fun to your exercise routine: Exercises needn’t be boring, unless you force yourself to do something you don’t really want to do! If you don’t like the idea of daily jogging, you will soon feel bored of it. So why not do something that you really like? Do you like dancing? Do you like swimming? Do you like playing table tennis or badminton? Believe it or not, all of these activities will help you burn fat and lose weight. So pick up an activity and just do it. The key is to move your body as much as possible!

3. Add negative calorie foods to your diet: Exorcises should only form part of your weight loss plan. If you eat junk foods then even 6 hours’ of workout won’t be of much help for you! If you are serious about weight loss, you also need to change your eating habits. Try to add negative calorie foods to your diet. Negative calorie foods are the ones that will help you burn more calories than the calorie content of the food itself. The ultimate result is that your body receives fewer calories than what it burns! Eventually you are bound to lose weight.

Examples of such negative calorie foods are broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, etc. In fact, most of the raw fruits and vegetates available out there would do the job!
