2 Little Known Weight Loss Super Foods

Weight loss doesn’t mean that you have to go hungry for days in order to shed a few pounds. You can lose weight and eat at the same time! Wondering how is it done? In this article I will tell you about two little known weight loss foods that you can eat in order to lose weight fast. The weight loss industry experts call these foods ’super foods’.

Okay, before I go on to mention the special ’super foods’, it is important that I tell you about some basic principles of weight loss. Keep in mind that weight loss is not possible by being a couch potato; if you are serious about losing your belly fat then you need to move away from your favorite couch and indulge in some sort of physical activities, preferably intense workouts that last for at least half-an-hour.

It is also important to start eating healthy foods such as raw fruits and vegetables. Processed and junk foods are the sole reasons why you are in this position today; obviously, if you want to become slim and fit, you need to forget about those foods.

At the same time you also need to forget about dieting, particularly the low-calorie, low-fat and low-carb diets. Healthy diets are always welcome, but these particular diet programs make you unhealthy, not to mention that they don’t help you with weight loss.

Another thing to keep in mind is that you should get plenty of sleep everyday. Sleep is your friend. If you don’t sleep you will get stressed, eat lots of junk foods and be back to square one! You definitely don’t want that to happen to you, do you?

1. Beef Liver: Yeah I know that it doesn’t taste even half as good as beef, but hey, if you are serious about weight loss, this one should be included in your meals. Remember that beef liver contains protein, which will build strong lean muscle tissues for you. The more lean muscles you have, the more calories you will burn, because muscles burn more calories than fat.

2. Canned Tuna: Those who say that you shouldn’t eat fats at all must be fooling you. As a matter of fact, you should avoid only the “bad” fats that are available in the junk and fried foods; “good” fats are always welcome. One such example of good fat is tuna. Canned tuna also contains a healthy dose of protein. It is not rich in calorie either. If you eat one can of tuna you will consume only 120 calories.
